Wide Swirls

Yup, it's another fractal... this is my fave one so far. This is one that you shouldn't need to dim your monitor to get the full effect. I edited and made this one when my monitor was on normal person setings instead of 0 brightness on the monitor settings, 30% brightness off the video card control panel. That saves you a little bit of trouble... but my eyes were KILLING me after all of the rendering and editing afterwards. That's the disadvantage of having apparently enhanced senses. Everything is too loud, too bright, to strong, etc, etc.

It appeared REALLY dull after I planned to set it was a desktop background after readjusting my monitor settings, so I took the original again, and re-edited it. Now, my personal version is much better than the version here on DA, but waaaayyy brighter. The red and magenta bits stand out more on it there, and the magentas are stronger, and the dull yellows are a tiny bit more orange and brighter.

Rendered on the 2nd of July, 2008 (I am averaging about 1 per day.)
